THOSE WHO ARE SERIOUS ABOUT IT AND MAKE AN EFFORT TO NOT STEEL IT BUT ACTUALLY RECOGNIZE THAT THERE IS VALUE TO IT WILL MAKE WHAT WILL AT LEAST APEAR TO BE "REASONABLE" OFFERS. THOSE WHO SIMPLY WANT TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE OR CLOSE TO IT WILL BE IGNORED AND RISK LEAVING A BAD ENOUGH TASTE IN MY MOUTH THAT I WONT DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN EVEN IF THEY CONTINUE SENDING PMS OR POSTING HIGHER NUMBERS OR PUSHING FOR RESPONSES.

If any of the above does not make any sense to anyone, your welcome not to make an offer. Until I get a grasp on the actual value, I simply dont have an asking price. If you look you will see I recently posted a "Parking Out My Ride" thread which is also being considered. I am also looking for an engine to replace the unknown factors with my own. And or possibly try again to fix it. So this is the situation and I have nothing more to say except if you "DISLIKE" anything about this Thread, STAY OUT OF IT!

you gots to get a clue as to what it is you want to do!!!!!!

And You my friend need to get some spelling lessons. :stickpoke

Ok lets help some people understand a little more here. Try to put yourself in my shoes. Ok, now what would you like to see happen if your me? You want to realize the most $ for what you have given time and efforts, RIGHT? Is everyone with me so far? Ok, since your are me at the moment and you dont really know what you can get for the vehicle as is in whole, and your just getting an idea of what you may be able to get for the parts although there's more work and time involved, and your still not sure if there is someone out there that can fix it yet since you have heard a number of different views from different sources with no guarrantees and have already dropped a few $k on stuff that didn't work but are open to getting it fixed if you could find someone who could tell you for a reasonable $ it will be fixed. And your also open to finding/ buying a used engine to replace the one that's causing me to have to explain these obvious things to those who just dont get it yet. So......

If anyone has anymore questions I'm all ears but try to put a little effort in your spelling aye?

Hey guys I just wanted you to know that forum member "Jordo" just spent over an hour on the phone with me in attempts of helping me figure out what my vehicles problem is. THAT is why forums like this are so valuable and THAT is the kind of example that other forum members should learn from. Instead of only trying to make his own self serving best deal, he dropped any potential attitude, sent me his number and gave me his time. And besides being EXTREEMLY decent and generous with his time this guy KNOWS his stuff! Being a shop mannual writter and ex pro motorcrosser, he was Extreemly knowledgeable and is Very experience in mechanics!

And I think it's important to note that not only was this hour + brain storming session very informative but more so a welcomed, gracious relief from the majority posters who blindly post without thinking about another other persons distressed perdicament. Too many people with very negative frames of mind with very cynical attitudes first, second and third thought is "me, Me, ME" instead of putting yourself in the other persons shoes.

THANKS again Jordo! Great Example of a Great Forum Member for sure !

So...have you determined a fair market value yet? A real quick look put the price in good condition near 27K-30Kish. Duduct 10K for engine/labor. $17-$20K would you agree/ disagree??

Well that's some pretty stupid terms isn't it? You refuse to give a price on something you are "Selling". Then if you don't get the price you want you'll ignore the person, then if they even try to figure out what the hell you do want you'll ignore them.

Indeed. With no frame of reference, offering anything is asinine.

Really? Spell check your own posts before you decide to become a spelling/grammar nazi.

Edited to highlight all spelling errors.
