I don't notice any swooshing noise coming from the CAI...maybe it is being drowned out by the exhaust.

Would love to get the CAI! it's not very hard to disassemble airboxes.....

I think you would get more appeal having a bone stock car..... Also, mods have no resale value when on the car....IMO

Here is a killer deal...I need to get this car out of my garage since we are out of room with our new kid! Dropping the price down to $22,500. Local car dealer will give me $21,000 and probably sell it for $25,000....I'll try this for a couple of weeks and if no one wants it I will probably hand it over to the used car dealer...

Unfortunately stealer will buy it from you for around $16K. And non franchise dealer will get it for $20k .... And carmax $19K

Hmmm...I did have it evaluated by the used car manager at the local stealer and he said he would give me between $19-20K for it based on its condition. Carmax quoted me $20,900 about 2 months ago...I would have to have the re-appraise it since their appraisals only last for 7 days. They did have someone looking for that car, so that might have helped. Two local high end used car dealers offered me $19K and $20.5k. In any case it looks like I may have it sold.

BMW San diego gave me $15K for it and considering I was getting new 5 series from them. Original
Stealer where I bought my car from BMw Encinitas keep sending me letters giving me $20K hoping I would get new lease car. So if I would be in your shoes and u need to sell it, you have better options than I do, I would sell it with better deal asap. Depreciation for our car is terrible.
