Thanks! The grills were from a 3.0 with the chrome surrounds painted Lemans Blue to match the body. The shift knob was stock, just wrapped the wood piece with matte silver vinyl.


I had it listed on cars.com for a couple months, so it must have been there. I apologize for not getting back to you, I received a lot of responses in the past month, and it was hard to keep track of who I had already spoken with. If it makes you feel any better, I had been working with the buyer for a month, so I told anyone that had contacted me during that time that there was a sale pending and I was holding it for him. He paid for a PPI and made me a serious offer, so I felt compelled to give him dibs.

I had to scale things back a bit, so I'm currently driving a 2003 530i. I really can't complain about it, the E39 is a great car. It drives really well, and I like being low to the ground. I put coilovers on it back in October, and will hopefully be getting some wheels by the summer. I would love to get some style 95's, but the tires are pretty expensive. I'll probably end up getting 17" style 42's or 18" M-Parallels. We'll have to get my wife a car by spring I'm sure, so I'm currently looking at E90 330i's, and E60 530i's. She demands white, and I demand non-beige interior and sport package, so it's a tough search.

White on Black sport package shouldn't be too hard, but as you know any sort of preference nowadays on the used market is hard... best of luck man!
