Why is the airbag light on? Was it in an accident or occupancy sensor, or belt pre-tensioner?
Have you fixed whatever it was yet?

No tow hitch. Someone on here is selling one though!

Transmission has a two second delay when engaging reverse, I bought it that way and it doesn't make any funky noises or anything. When the engine is cold the very first initial shift from 1st to 2nd is rough, after that it works just fine and all shifts are smooth, it was like this when I bought it as well, and it's actually quite common on most automatic BMWs from this era.

The airbag light is on due to a bad connector to module, and clockspring, no accident! It's about $250 to have fixed, I can have this taken care of if you were to purchase, or take that amount off the vehicle
