The big metal pan and the smaller front plastic shield are in place and fine.

Are you asking about fog lights too?

for the reinforcement plate I have them. 3.0/4.4 or 4.6/4.8? they are different. I would say $65 plus shipping.
fog light I have a set 00-03 style. $40 plus shipping...if ship together I will only charge shipping once.

What is your price for a complete hitch if I have a friend in Canon City pick it up?

Cheapest one I found on eBay is 650 local pick up. I can do 500 for it. It will have all the bolts, wiring, bumper reinforcement plate. Let me know.
