Made by Blitzsafe. This thing will VASTLY improve the sound of your Sirius, XM, Ipod, etc. Goes digital right into the amp, really an amazing little product. Paid $169 shipped about a month ago. I have traded in the X on a new ride and now dont need it anymore. Works like brand new.
