Unhappy I need some help... Administrators/Anybody.. UPDATED!!! Got Money Back!!!

UPDATE! Paypal Claim Ended in my favor and I was refunded the $300 I Paid for the set of snow tires and rims. I'm very happy i got my money back but this was all a major pain in the ass. This is the second time something like this has happened to me and i have now lost a lot confidence. I know 95% of the sellers are honest and good but there are some bad apples out there. Anyways I just wanted to thank the members who gave me any info and help.
Thanks
Krunk Man

I bought the wheels from e53fanatic, I sent him payment on Monday as promised via paypal(were both verified). Since that i have not heard a word from him. I've sent emails, private messages, and i have not recieved any responses. He promised Shipment on tuesday and an email with tracking numbers, but i have not received anything. He says hes sold rims to 2 other members, i private messaged both of them but they havent gotten back to me yet.
What should i do?

Heres the Link to the original post for the sale of the set.

They may rule in your favor, but they will only refund your money if they can recover it from the seller's account; if not, you're SOL. Plus, they drag on their so-called investigations forever, most likely on purpose so that you exceed your Credit Card's dispute timeframe. Whenever I have a problem like this, I don't even bother filing dispute with PayPal - I go straight to my Credit Card and get much better service and faster results.

Has this been resolved Krunk? I never had faith in the "system" until I filed a complaint with paypal last week. It was only for a 110 bucks, but I didnt receive the item after 3 weeks, and paypal put the money right back into my account, and sent me an email saying they ruled in my favor. The next day I got the item(s) in the mail!

So have faith and be patient. The longer it takes, the more they'll favor your side...

Did you repay the seller, since you actually did get what you had originally paid for?

Hell no..I ordered a black jacket, green letters, in XXL..

A month and 15 unanswered emails later,I got a green jacket, with yellow letters, and in LARGE. Didnt send them a dime...Funny enough, they havent contacted me about it either..I think it was a "gift"...

Krunk, I would take action NOW...The problem, like with my jacket, is not you not receiving the wheels..Its the lack of communication! Thats why paypal gave me the money back..I dont really mind if they say, "hey, we dont have it and it will be a million years before you get it", But I DO mind if I email and email and email, and get no response..THATS the problem...Get your loot back, man...

Wait a few more days. Be patient. Paypal will do its job though. Things do come up. I was supposed to go to a BBQ but got hit by a drunk driver in the daytime.

When I use PayPal I always have the funds directed from a credit card rather than my bank account. That way if PayPal doesn't give me help in a dispute then I always have recourse through my credit card company (payment protection is usually pretty standard on most credit cards).

As was suggested above, be patient for a few days before taking action. Unforseen things do happen to people that are out of their control, so give him the benefit of the doubt before panicing.

I agree with replies above. ^

I assume he's not a retailer so don't expect the same "customer service" as a real retailer.

His profile says he was on the board last night at 7PM so he should have read your PM. Did you PM him with read confirmation?
