The only difference is the non-nav has the flip-down cover over the in-dash CD area. Perhaps you can just buy that one piece from BMW and get the rest from this seller

Actually I have the business in-dash cd cover in titanium silver. It came in my complete kit, but I never used it since I have NAV. $20 for anyone that wants it!
