I'm 99% sure they will NOT fit a 3.0, I still have my 3.0 exhaust laying around and the tips look much bigger on the 3.0, and they are more oval.

they are used, the exhaust w/black tips was on the x5 for about 10,000 miles and then replaced with a remus, I bought the exhaust and put on the silver/chrome tips right away. So they are in good shape, ill take some pics if i can get my hands on a camera.
