i have eibach's on the front of my '03 4.6is.
as for the rear, i had the dealer lower via DIS.

Hi, Yes, they will work on a 4.6is. you can use the end links in the back or pay the dealer to do it. Thanks! Mark

How hard is the install?
I've done many suspension installs on E30s and E36s...is the X5 fairly similar? (i probably have to do a full brake job in the near future...can do it all together)
