They r not the 4.6 flares. they are the stock wheel well trim for the rear wells. They will fit a 3.0

I would be interested in the Subwoofer but do you have to have a amp for it to operate? May be a dumb question but let me know. Thanks

only have the subwoofer box and speakers in mint condition. no amp.

Once you know the stock wattage of the oem sub box than all you have to do is get an amp for it. I would suggest alpines new digital amps because they have great sound and they fit into your stock compartment with no issues. Probably a 100-150 watt amp would be suffice
