OEM 17" Winter Wheel & Tire Set

Since we are migrating south to FlawRaDuh this winter, (and in winters to come), I've decided to toss my set of 17" OEM BMW wheels w/snow tires mounted. This is the only board I'm listing them on...unless they don't move after some time.

Details:

-17 x 7.5 Style 57 OEM BMW Wheels, purchased from a RoadToad member in fall of 2002. They were take offs with few miles on them.
-Tires are mounted: Michelin Alpin dedicated snow tires. They have the snowflake symbol on sidewall.
-Tire/Wheel combo have been used by me for 3 winter seasons, then I switch back to my stock style 69s for summer.
-Tire/Wheel combo have had 13,435 miles put on, by me, in those 3 seasons.
-Tires have 8/32 nds tread on rears and 8/32nds plus, on front treads.
-Tires are good for at least one more season.
-Wheels are in good to very good condition; the usual speckles of crud on inner wheel, in spots, and a couple of road stone nicks in face of outer wheels.

They are Not brand new, but look damn good. They have umptyseven coats of Zaino Z1,Z2,Z6 applied upon putting on in Dec and removal in late April.

Asking $600 US for the set, Plus shipping costs. Shipping would include my best effort to cardboard protect wheels and wrap, on my nickel, for typical UPS delivery, and the add'l UPS charge for delivery. UPS is very pricey for me, however, as I have no outlet for a "commercial" pickup and thus, must use the local MailBoxesR US/UPS store, which charges a bunch. I have no clue as to "shipping charges".

Serious Tar Kickers get detailed email pics, if you choose.
Let me know. BR, md

You could bring them to Juan's meet and auction them to the "highest" bidder :p

I realize the 17s aren't hip or as cool as 18s, but somebody out there in
RealWinterLand is gonna wish they had these come about January.
And, the uncoolness is directly proportional to the 17s ability to handle
Any snow situ...

If I don't sell/ship them before early-mid Nov, they'll sit here all winter,
as I won't be "around" to pack and ship them after TurkeyDay.

Still got em??

I'm gonna need a set in Poland and the prices out here in Europe are ludicrous so I think United will be hauling a set back for me, it will save my 132's and probably the truck.

Thanks.

IFly & Dane,
Yes, I still have them...
maybe a tad tough & pricey, shipping them to Poland, lol;
South Dakota is probably doable.
If you, or anyone else wants pics, hit my email.

Wheels w/tires mounted are stacked horizontally, in my basement here in far western NC, on the Mtn at 5000 ft elevation. Zip 28786.
