Feeler: E53 Hitch kit set

I am thinking about selling the hitch. Have not used it in 2+ years. Will save some some gas by loosing the weight. Wonder if anyone is interested. The thing is heavy for shipping.
It includes all the parts as shown in pic below.

I thought that it took a few hours to install, would think that it would take just as much time to uninstall and the value of the man hours would off set the value of the sale?

What does the "cable pin adapter" do, specifically? Do you have any pics of that part?

I believe its the shiny pin to hold the ball and tongue in receiver as shown in this pic.
