For those of you who are interested the S2 Package for the 4.6is contains the following items:

Stage 4 Engine Software, High Flow Throttle Body, Free Flow Exhaust, CAI, High Flow Air Mass Meter, Strut Tower Brace, and Pedal Pad Set.

All of these options will put the car over the Dinan 10 point limit qualifying it for the Dinan Deck Lid Badge.

The 4.6 is should see a peak gain of 36HP and 29ft/lb of torque.

Putting the final numbers somewhere around:
369HP @ 5700 rpm
382 lb/ft @ 4500 rpm

hey good way to get pics posted is to upload to flickr and use the "insert picture / image" and it will embed the picture for you no matter the size. You can use flickr or photoshop.

I would have bought this in a heart beat if it was listed when I bought mine. Would have saved me lots of $$$$ and time. You should be able to get 20,000 easy. I paid 20,500, no NAV or Dinan upgrades. Good Luck with the sale.
