Dinan

When my lease was up on my 2006 4.4, I removed the Dinan, Exhaust, Strut Brace & Cold Air Box and put the old parts back on it. Anyway I would probably like to sell it all together. I put about 15K on the 4.4 during that time the Dinan parts were on it. Just sitting in my garage in a box right now. If anyone is interested hit me up :-)

Not bad! How much of a performance gain did the cold air intake and free flow exhaust offer? ...and how did it effect your fuel economy?

I did a similar mod to my GMC Denali... yes, it sounded beefier. Not sure if performance increased at all, but the fuel economy got worse... ( maybe because I liked the sound ? )

With those mods, who ever buys this stuff will still have to get software to make the X run correctly. I didn't know parts managers were making decent coin like that.

Dinan

I would like to sell the package out-right. I had a throttle body on the 4.4. I left it on there when I turned it in (misplaced the old one). You will not need a software download after you install these parts.

You of all people should know that's not true. Sure, its not NEEDED, but not getting software is only doing half the job.

The only thing that differentiates $$Dinan's$$ $12,000 supercharger kit from everyone else for my 7 is that they think their software is the holy grail, otherwise I can get the VF kit for easily 1/2 the price. Same Vortech V2SQ, blowoff valve, etc.

EDIT...sorry for the spelling errors, was walking the dog and typing at the same time

You won't see significant power gains. Maybe around 20HP/20TQ. If you drive "normally" your MPG stay about the same. However, with exhaust, you will mash on the gas pedal. I know I do!
