I just got a new set of headlights with LED AEs so I am selling the Custom Angel Eyes/AngeliBright headlights. They are in excellent condition, protected by Lamin-X clear film so no damage to lenses. AEs are BRIGHT. I would be including the wiring harness as well, and H7 ballasts and bulbs (my X5 did not take well to aftermarket lowbeams, you can try them out if you want). If not, you can use OEM bulbs and ballasts if you get an adapter from eBay. (cost like $10).

I purchased them for about $1000 with bulbs and ballasts.

hey guys just to clarify because i keep getting the same questions:

1. I think you can keep OEM xenons if you have them if you purchase an adapter off eBay for $10. Aftermarket lowbeams ARE included in this purchase so you can try em out too.

2. A wiring harness is included that you will need to connect to the angel eye wires (mine were installed professionally at a shop).

3. You are getting headlights with laminx, aftermarket digital ballasts with H7 6000k bulbs, chrome turn signal bulbs, and a high quality wiring harness.

4. Shipping is included in the price.

5. The passenger side AE ballast was replaced once because the original ballast went out (the headlights were NOT opened to accomplish this).

6. The headlights are very well sealed, as they have never had condensation for the time I have had them on my X5.

7. The set is sold as is, in full working condition. This set DOES NOT have the auto-level feature, but motors can be retrofitted. All sales are final.

Can you take a closeup of your angel eyes w/ them off to see how they were attached? I wanna see how different it is compared to how I did Sobi's.

i can try to, i no longer have the nokia n95 (5MP camera phone i used for everything) .. i have the iphone and the camera isnt all that.

Could you give me some insight on the install process? Is it a DIY? Will it set off any codes? Are the fogs included?

Fogs are not included.

The headlights do not set off any codes. They fit like OEM (4 bolts) so its easy to put them in. Wiring the AEs are a bit tricky, as I had them professionally installed. You need to tap into the ECU to have them run as DRL..and I would recommend you send it to a shop for that part. The wiring harness is included for the AEs.

The aftermarket lowbeam ballasts may set off codes sometimes( they did with my X) but if you use the OEM D2S system (you will need $10 adapters from eBay) you will have no issues..

V3 is only for LED angel eye rings (for the X5 they would work on facelift models only). These are CCFL and should be brighter than the LEDs found in facelift X5, and the V3s for that matter. These headlights will only fit pre-facelift X5s.
