I am selling my 2005 X5 4.4i. I am selling it because my new X5 has arrived!! I love this truck. This history is as follows; I am the second owner, car fax incorrectly states 3 owners because I took over a persons lease (makes me 2nd owner) and then when the lease terminated I turned the truck into BMW, they certified it to 100,000 miles and sold it back to me (car fax thinks this sale is to a 3rd owner). The vehicle is in very good condition (see pictures), I change the oil every 5,000 miles, either at the dealer during regular maintenance or I would do it myself if it was between maintenance. This truck runs very strong and I have really had no issues. The only paint work done was when I had the rear bumper replaced because an old lady bumped me in a parking lot when we were both at a dead stop, a police report was filed (she paid for the repair) so it shows up on carfax. I have the repair bill for the replacement. This truck would be a great buy for someone looking for a wonderful SUV, great handling runs very strong with extra snow tires for the winter. 65k service was recently performed by the dealer, truck is ready to go! I have both keys and all books and manuals and original window sticker. Vehicle is available for inspection in Katonah, NY 10536. I have the title in hand - there is a small lien from BMW that will be paid upon sale (one check will be written to me, the other to BMW to ensure payoff).
