FWIW, I was pricing the same setup, and if you ping James at Mobile-Addictions, he'll give you a great price on Hertz MLK165 speakers (in lieu of the Focals) for your X5 and an ARC amp for about $1500 INSTALLED...

While I'm not sure if you are looking to spend that kinda cash, he does do outstanding work. Last week he replaced the speakers and amp on my wife's convertible..and they sound UNBELIEVABLE..EVEN with the top down.
