Price Drop FS: 22" HRE 640R Black w/ Matte Black Lip in SOCAL
*please note that these wheels will fit the E53 (X5 2006 and below) If you want these for the newer X5 and X6 you would have to have a wheel company adjust the front wheel holes since the new BMW's front wheel bore is bigger. It shouldn't cost more than $45 per wheel. The rears for perfect so need to adjust them.

Yes - the rears fit perfect.

Yes (again) - the fronts would need to be machine filed (about $50-$75) for the hole to accommodate the bigger bore size of the E70. I bought these for my 2005 X5 and was sad to see not fit my new X6. I didn't want to go through the trouble of getting the wheel hole machine filed since I already have new wheels coming in a week.
