PRICE DROP $14500. It's Gone tomorrow. I am selling it to car dealer.

I have accomplished all that I wanted to do with my 4.6is and it is about as perfect as it can get. Now that there is nothing left to do, I have found another BMW project; an original E34 540i/6 speed V8 M-Sport in Alpineweiss over Parchment, complete with all M goodies, throwing stars and EDC suspension intact. It is a rare car... only 200 were ever imported to the US. Through attrition or simply being canibalized of their parts or the EDC being ripped out because of replacement costs, even fewer pure examples exists today... and I now have one!

My 2002 4.6is is black on black with factory nav. 127,xxx miles and is mostly stock, save for some alpine/JL audio equipment and LED taillights.

I had planned to keep this car for at least another 10 years/100k and did preventative and scheduled maintenance to ensure it's longevity...

Paint is nearly perfect with no door dings or scratches
Headlights look brand new
Wheels have no curbing
Toyo Proxies are almost new
Brakes are recent
New radiator
New valve cover gaskets, new valley pan gasket, all new filters, fresh fluids, etc, etc...
Underneath is clean and dry... I even polished the stainless steel exhaust!

It needs absolutely nothing as far as I know (and I am very particular). This is the one to buy. I think you would be hard pressed to find one in better condition.

Is that 8" JL factory or did you install it? Also is that the amp on the other picture? What size and where did it connect to? One more last thing, On the picture with the speaker.Your realays are in green above the speaker. I only have two in my X5 2002. I do not have the one to the far left or closest to the front of the vehicle. Whats it for?

Its a JL Stealthbox with a 10" woofer. I have an Alpine PDX-1 (600wx1) powering it and the rest of the system is powered by an Alpine PDX-5 (75wx4, 300wx1) that is stacked Behind the PDX-1. There is also a JL Cleansweep that matches high end amplifiers with the factory Navigation Head unit. Pretty cool stuff.. It looks totally factory when the back panels are buttoned up, but sounds amazing.

Sorry, but I am not sure what the 3rd relay is for. The 4.6is is loaded up with more equipment than a 3.0 or even a 4.4; Reclining and heated rear seats, Rear air suspension and more...

Thanks Ricky Bobby! Anyone else would probably think that an e34 is just an outdated $1500 BMW.... But someday it could be worth something? Doesn't matter one way or another to me, I will enjoy it just the same.

Too bad that 4 garage spaces is no longer enough. Something has got to go... (1) Wifey isn't giving up her SL500. (2) Company vehicles are required.

Someone will be very pleased with my X5.
