It's all good... don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the 4.6is and I am still conflicted about selling it, but we just sold our 4500 sq ft Home with 4 garage spaces and we are contemplating moving into a smaller 1600sq ft loft with only two garage spaces. My wife isn't giving up her SL500 and the M-Sport is getting most of my attention at the moment ...Hell, I might even ditch the M-Sport project before it's over!

I may sell the underride separately... Let's see what kind of offers I get on the vehicle first.

Old thread, but I thought I would update.... I still regret selling the 4.6is so cheap, but I wanted to turn the e34 into a showpiece. The e34 Msport went through an extensive rehab on my watch. I accomplished most of what I wanted to do with it until I got hung up for over a year and a half with an incompetent shop on a supercharger install...

The car made its debut on the forums and was selected as an e34 M5 calendar car in 2014;





I later ended up selling it as an incomplete project...

Now I've come full circle and have backed myself into another X5
...This time followed by an M!

Yes the underride was definitely Boss!
I had to jump through major hoops to get one (they are rare as hens teeth).
Looking back, the 4.6is was one of my most badass cars to date... my old pics makes me wish I still had it. The paint was show car quality, it was super clean and the truck was mechanically perfect.

It's definitely one that got away.

Your E34 pics made me remember my old girl. It wasn't a bad ass M5 like yours but still looked nice and sold it with only 83K original miles, only to find out a couple months later that the guy I sold it to totaled it...

I wonder if the e70 X5M will join the "keeper" ranks?
I really like it, but I don't know if it's because it's new to me or if it will prove to be a rare, sought after car over time.
