I don't mean to brag here....but up for sale is one of the nicest X5's in the country for sale. Those who know me think I am one of the most anal car buffs around and am meticulous about the vehicles condition and presence. We bought this car from San Diego, California as a BMW certified pre-owned vehicle. The warranty just expired at the end of last year. This X5 most people feel is a 2006 (last year of E53 body), as its immaculate and showroom clean. Car has complete warranty history, most service records since new (100% since 45K miles) , original window sticker, all manuals and every tool from the factory in the tool kit. We bought the car at 45K miles and it has just hit 113K. Its been a great car for us! We have had it serviced nearly 99% of the time at Murray BMW in Denver. Car is professionally detailed 3 times a year, leather conditioned monthly with leatherique rejuvinator, black paint is like a mirror and interior is showroom clean. You will never know this car has 100K miles.

You are asking why are we seling, the reason is we are expecting a third child, and need more room and larger vehicle. I thought I would drive this into the ground, but third baby forces sale.

Also have for sale is BMW OEM 5 spoke 4.4i 18" rims with 7/32' Nokian Hakkapeleta snow tires. I am asking $900 for the set, but for xoutpost members...$will take $750. This set was over $2100 and have receipts.
