Thanks bud. The price is based on older listings, so... I guess it's fair and we'll see what the market demands.

Replacement stuff is from Dr. Gas, Magnaflow, and Tubi.

Have to get equal lengths from the header outlets to the x inlet while keeping that length as short as possible. Got a pretty good idea how it's going to go. We'll see how it turns out.

edit:

...and about Dr. Gas, I know it's not a well known brand or anything but the owner of Dr. Gas, (Dr. Boyd Butler) is an ex-NASA engineer turned car nut, and he puts some real good engineering into his stuff. AFAIK everyone is saying he's kind of the "Godfather" of the modern X-pipe. Sadly his company that makes all the exhaust fab stuff just sort of shut-down Willy-Wonka style this spring. I really don't know why. Just got lucky and was able to snag a 57.2mm (2.25") X-pipe kit for a Foxbody Mustang right before he gave notice that he was going to work on other stuff.

The X-pipe inlet is the closest size to equal the collector diameters (53mm) erring on the side of slightly larger. At the X-pipe outlet it's 63.5mm continuing through the non-x dual-in dual-out resonator. Here's the rationale for the step-up. The Tubi catback is a little troublesome as it's only 55mm. I'm not sure if I'll adapt down after the resonator, or fab 63.5mm replacement pipes up to the Tubi cans. The velocity from small diameter is surely part of what makes that Tubi sound, but my air-pump is pushing a bit more CFM than a normal 4.6iS. Hmm. Well, in any case... I do intend to lop off the tips and fab some OEM ones back on, that much is certain.

Didn't mean to ramble Naz, but it happens sometimes I guess. :p
