If it was only the one with the part number 64118378615!!!!! the one with the REST button, I need one BAD!!!

this ihka has the rest function built in, for model year 2000 did not have Max A/C. Replacing it with this one will function the same as 2000 X5 except added Max A/C function.

Mine is a 2001. So the unit will fit the plug and work? If that's the case then I'm in!

Please PM me the last 7 of your Vin number. I will double check for you.

64118378615 is for E53 Start of Production to 9/2000

if your vehicle production from 10/2000 to 9/2006. the correct part number is

64116927900

The only difference between the two, is that the early one does not have the MAX AC button, and had a REST button.

The new ones have the MAX AC button, which has REST function when engine is off.
