Sent wrong part, unwilling to refund money.
I sent you the private messages listed below, you said to "send it back so we can resolve it". I returned the incorrect module to you, you received it last Saturday (1 week ago). I have sent you private massages trying to resolve this but you are ignoring me, you do not read the messages I sent to you because you do not want to be fair with me and issue me a refund. I will wait until Monday for a response, if no response by Monday I will start a dispute with PayPal.
This is the PM I sent you after I informed you the module was incorrect and you said that you were not going to give me a refund.
"Mike, I asked you if you had a 2 axle air suspension module. I sent you the part number and a picture of the module. I stated that if your vehicle did not have the 2 axle air suspension option that you would not have the module I needed. You stated that you did have the two axle air and that you did have the module I requested. I payed you for the module. When I received the module it was incorrect. It did not have the correct part number and did not match the picture I posted. YOU did not send me a 2 axle air suspension module, you sent me a body control module. So the only solution to this problem is for me to return the incorrect module to you for a full refund. I will wait for your response."
