these disks will work fine with dvd navigation. just a dvd disk won't work in a cd nav unit.

My advice is to put these up for sale on eBay ASAP. The 2005.1 version of the Navteq CD's were just released, so I expect the prices on the 2003.2 version will be dropping very quickly over the short run. The quicker you get them sold the more you'll likely get for them.
