I don't think so. You have to remove the plate screws, then 4 screws from there. Or you can just unscrew the whole unit from the tow hook socket


Edit: just checked and it is only the lightened version ($99+shipping) from US Millworks.

A quick release adapter can be purchased from US Mill Works - Parts
