I bought this item less than a year ago, it works perfectly and I currently have it installed in my glove box. This comes with everything you need to install into a non-DSP BMW. You can put about 170-190 songs on each CD!! Included with the blitzsafe adaptor is a 15 ft extension cord that will allow you to mount this in the glove box and still have about 4 ft of cord left over. Installation is less than 5 minutes.
