Looking to buy 4.6is

Hi guys,
I'm a long time lurker and I'm finally seriously considering buying a 4.6is. I live in Illinois and the listings have been few and far between. I'm aware of the timing chain and transmission issues in these cars. How much are those items if they go bad? I'm trying to find the lowest mileage example I can, but it looks like most of these cars are well north of 100k. The 4.8s are out of my price range.

I did see this one on eBay that seems to be local--do you guys think this is a good price? What else should I be looking out for in terms of common maintenance?

If you can do the timing chain guides yourself you will save a ton. 2-3k easy if you are paying someone.

My 4.6is is up for sale. bunch of recent maintenance done (I have receipts if you'd like to see them) new tires, trans replaced by BMW at 48k.
