Hi everyone, insurance just totaled my 330Ci. We bought my mother an e53 a couple of years ago and I've been wanting a 4.8is ever since. I'm looking specifically for one that has thorough maintenance and has had all the common issues repaired recently. I'm honestly more worried about the engine (cooling system, valley pan gasket, all gaskets really, valves, etc.) than anything else really as I can do everything else myself.

I know these are hard to come by and the members of this forum are the only people I trust to be able to ship a well maintained vehicle cross country sight unseen. I am in a time crunch, looking to get one here in the next week, so I'm ready to purchase now. Hoping someone on the forum has been thinking of getting rid of their ride. I'm willing to pay a reasonable price because I am a fellow BMW enthusiast and I know what a well maintained BMW is worth.

I'm a med student just looking for a used BMW that won't give me any major problems for the next 3-4 years. I know that sounds contradictory but a well maintained BMW can fill shoes. I only drive about 6k miles per year. My 330Ci was that car but life happens.

I am willing to pick up a 4.6is that meets the above specs.
