WTB enthusiast-owned 4.8is Imola or LMB

I'm looking to purchase a 4.8is and willing to pay fair value (above average) for one with records, up-to-date maintenance and enthusiast-owned, depending on miles, spec, etc. My '04 was totaled 2 years ago and we miss it dearly; the Audi I replaced it with just doesn't cut the mustard.

Miles preferred 80-110k
Open to color but Imola or LMB preferred
Open to various specs just want a good one
Relatively stock exterior (no body kits)

I may have what you're looking for.
2006 Black 4.8is with sport seats and cream interior, heated front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, sliding load floor, panorama moonroof, etc. I am the 2nd owner. I purchased the X in April 2015 from a gentlemen in Kentucky. It was his wife's car since new (both in their mid 60s) and they split time between Kentucky and Florida. It had never seen snow until January of this year. It was my 2nd car for almost 2 years, but my daily driver had to be returned to VW so this became my daily.
80,760 miles. All up to date maintenance. Put new rears on less than 3k miles ago. I was planning to put new fronts on this month, but I don't want to keep piling the miles on such a nice vehicle.
- Fuel pump and filter replaced 6/17
- Windshield washer pump and grommet 6/17
- Transmission software update 8/17
- Oil/filter changed 8/17
- Lower driver control arm replaced 8/17

Runs great and is quite clean. A few blemishes from being 11 years old and the previous owners put on some curb rash.
