WTB: e53 4.4i Rear Exhaust section

Looking for an e53 4.4i rear exhaust section (preferably a sport package with the black chrome tips, but I'm flexible) for fitment to a '06 3.0i. Something local would be best of course, as shipping would not likely be easy or cheap. I'm not looking to break the bank, but if you have a nice condition system laying around maybe we can make a deal. Thanks.

why are you looking to do this? Still not a 4.4? just wondering the benefit?

I just believe the twin tips is a much nicer look than the single turned down tips of the 3.0i models. I've read that it is easily done, and makes little if any change in the exhaust note (which I already find pleasing), it is purely cosmetic and a mater of preference.

Don't worry, I'm not planning on putting 4.4i badges on the car and trying to pretending to be one, if that is what you are concerned about..

lol, not thinking you would do that... Why not save the money and just buy what others have done and get the dual pipe that fist over your stock single. Looks the same as what you are trying to get done..just a thought Gl

If you're still looking, I have a brand new set, never installed, never even dry fitted that are BMW OEM tips for sale. I sold my X5 before getting a chance to install them. You can have both of them for $125 + shipping. Here is a link to see them: BMW OEM 4.8i Exhaust Chrome Tips

Let me know?

I might have one in a little bit. Once I install my new one, I'm going to sell my OEM one depending on how I like the new one

Well, shoot me a PM or e-mail if you decide to sell. If the price and shipping is reasonable, I will likely be interested...

I am, depending upon condition, cost, and cost to ship, since I seem to be on the opposite coast..
