Update: I am now just looking for the rear window (trunk). I found a set of quarter panel shades already!

Glad you found the rear quarters.

If you want to get something now, check this out. These are very nice and some Audi owners on another forum have ordered these. They're not the cheapest around but they are custom fit and look good. They also make rear passenger shades so you could get those too.

windesa sunshades for rear load window

EDIT: Sorry! I just went back and checked and they do not list a fitment for the E53. I might be worth contacting them though. There is another company that makes a similar product out of England but the rear shade is a two-piece so it does not look as good.

Rear Shade

I have the OEM rear shade# 51-46-0-140-095
and I cannot get a velcro to stick to the bottom of the rear window. I suppose the velcro does not adhere to window tint.
