If my German translation skills are up to par, I don't think that it's saying that a V3 snap in is coming. It only references that the V3 will work with the system. The only Motorola BT adaptors are for the V635/V600 series phones

I stand corrected! Darn, the Motorola RAZR V3 has been Motorola's MOST popular phone and BMW DOES NOT make a snap-in cradle for it? The RAZR phone has saved the Motorola company. Typical BMW logic....

If they made a snap-in for the V3 RAZR, I think it would sell well.

It would, but with the plug being on the side and the phone being rather wide compared to others; I don't know if it would fit. I have to go check on that later. I wish they had one for my SE K750.

I think it could be done if they wanted it to be done.

I am not sure that I agree. If you look at page 6 of the document

Phone V3

Phone software version tested
0E.40.3CR

Bluetooth system tested
starting from 03/05

Phonebook transfer
YES

Snap in adapter Availibility
YES starting from Summer 2006

Notes
The operation is similar to Motorola V600.

read the last sentance

The following table, indicates a Snap in adapter is offered, providing vehicle-safe locking, with loading of the mobile phone book and the connection of an antenna.
