Still no craddle for Motorola RAZR V3?
I haven't been able to find the part number for a snap in module for the Motorola RAZR V3 for a 2004 X5.

I've seen this posted: MOTOROLA RAZR V3 84210415023 ONLY FOR E90, E60, E65, E66. But it states not for the X5.

Is this still the case? Is the only solution then to external power adapator?

You have to modify that cradle to fit your X5... http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=377515 is the same process as the E46.

It is a pretty easy modification if you have a Dremel tool, if not I think that Martin at www.bimmernav.com can sell you the snap-in and modification for a single price.
