New program for WM 5.0 devices

I just read about this:

http://www.jetwaremobile.com/index.htm

Here are a couple of reviews that say it works with BMW's:

It works GREAT.

Plus if you set it up correctly you can get Emails on the MID or nav screen. You can get either 2 email accounts or 1 email account and all SMS messages to show up as they come in. The messages are limited to something like 180 characters, but plenty to get the basics of an incoming email.

I have been using it on the PPC6700 with the 10th gen ULF module and it works perfectly.

supposedly the next built will include support for a special speed dial number that prompts you to use the Win module 5 built in voice recognition

I'm trying to find out if this program will work with the new Samsung Blackjack. I guess all I need to know is if the Blackjack uses the default Microsoft bluetooth stack or not. If it does, then it should be compatible.

Wow this looks awesome. I just installed it in my 8125. I hope it works with my old 1st gen ULF. All I want is the ability to pick and choose the contacts I want to be displayed on the car phonebook.

Well, for my purposes, this worked great and I will be happy to pay for the software. I have some problems, likely because my BT ULF is the 1st gen unit, but all I really wanted out of the software was the ability to pick and choose which contacts to send to the car, and I AM able to control that. I have it setup so that only contacts on my SIM card are sent to the card, so my 20 or so most important numbers are always at my fingertips, rather than having to cycle through over 500 contacts. This is great software imho.

I can confirm that my T-Mobile MDA (HTC Wizard) WM 5.0 device works well with the BT TCU installed in my 2004 X5. Phonebook is downloaded and displayed on screen. I did not have to install any additional software for it. I am wondering if that is not the case with all WM5 devices ?

Edit: Nevermind, i just saw the additional stuff you can with the software mentioned in this thread.

Hey guys. I'm new in here. I'm planning on picking up my 2006 4.8 X5 this week. I was doing some research and came accross this thread. I have the Blackjack through Cingular.
I just went outside to my wifes 2006 325xi wagon with I-Drive and paired my phone. It picked up the phone however no address book and for now I can't make or receive a phone call.
I'm in need of a fix. Also, once I get my truck, I hope I already figued this out..

JetWare Mobile version 1.20 (current version) works very well with on my T-Mobile MDA and my ULF 84 21 6 950 089. All phone numbers in the contact record are uploaded not just the primary number, Both email and SMS messages can be viewed, incoming caller id information is displayed.

This is a great piece of software that allows you to use all of the functionality built into the ULF.

JetWare does not work on the BlackJack. It does not use the MS BT stack.
