Where can I get a 54 pin - 25 pin adaptor lead?

I'm after an adaptor lead to connect to my 2001 E39 540i Sport wiring loom which had a Motorola V50. It has a 25 pin serial port type connection and I need it to connect to the BMW Bluetooth ULF module which has a 54 pin plug.

I know this lead exists as a friend of mine has done the same thing using this lead, but his supplier can't get hold of one at the moment.

I have borrowed his lead to test my bluetooth upgrade and it works perfectly, but now I am getting impatient as I fitted the bluetooth kit 1 month ago and can't find the adaptor lead anywhere

Can anyone help me??

I have looked on their website, but can't find it anywhere. I think it is called a DB25 to 54 pin adaptor harness.

I have emailed Bimmernav so will wait for them to get back to me.

Thanks for your help.

I managed to get one from Bimmernav in the end. It was quick delivery too, only took a few days to the UK.

Thanks for the info.

I hope you don't mind me asking, but how much was it all in.
