Is the problem that you can't hear the other party, or they can't hear you? If it's that they can't hear you, it may be something as simple as turning the microphone 180 degrees - common install mistake.
As to your question of what is the chances for a refund, only your dealer can answer that. But if you approach them and calmly explain the reason for your dissatisfaction, there's a good chance they should work this out with you.

Unfortunetly all the dealer has to offer is the first gen ULF module. Many people here will agree, stay away from the BMW first Gen
ULF module like the plague. I would take it back and source a newer system with the latest ULF module. Martin |
