BT rubber dummy phone

Hi, I'd like to purchase and install in my 2001 X5 one of those dummy phones with bluetooth circuitry that BMW recently released.
Can anybody help me with a part number or a link where I can get it from?

P.S. Another question: how can I find out if my car came with CPT8000 or CPT9000 phone system? Thanks!
