06 X5 BT much worse then 06 325 BT w/iphone
I just bought an 06 X5- e53- w/Nav, Assist, prem audio, .... After fiddling with the DSP I can get the audio on my side to be okay, but everyone I regularly talk to says "calls in your old car were much better". The 325 was quieter(road noise, AC, engine) so I know that helped Any ideas? Would upgrading to the 13th gen ULF via bimmernav help? I hate to spend the $$$, but I do a lot of calls from my car. |

Actually in the X5 is pairs more quicklly then in the 325. Often in the 325 I would start driving and it would take ~30 seconds before I could use the BT so I would start a call and then have to switch. In the X5 is seems to be paired as soon as I get in the car. I think the mic is in nearlly the same spot in both cars.
