Way more information needed... For example... - What year and model car do you have?
- Do you have the Bluetooth system, BMW assist, or standard phone?
- Did you install the phone, or did it come from the factory?
- Exactly what is displayed on the screen?
- How did it get into its current state (you initiated it, it just happened on its own, etc.)?
- How long has it been like this (a day, a month, since you have owned it, etc.)?
- What have you already done to try to fix it yourself?
I would try disconnecting the battery, waiting about 15 minutes, and reconnecting the battery. However, before you do, let the navigation computer fully shut down and go to sleep.
