Do all UK facelift 4.8is with nav have bluetooth?
I'm looking at a few 2004 4.8is - do all facelift models with the factory comms pack also have bluetooth in the UK?

2002 onward have the BT phone kit, if the car has comms pack as an option then yes.

BT was a cost option so it will not have it as standard (even if the car has nav).
