'factory resetting' or deleting BT ULF stored contents

I have just bought a 13th Gen brand new ULF module to replace the 5th Gen in my X3. Have NavCoder to be able to code the new ulf to the car (ident to the VIN etc) but I will want to sell on my perfectly OK 5th Gen.

Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to effectively 'factory reset' the ULF to delete any phonebook entries or stored SMS's? Reason I ask is that when I bought the car CPO/AUC, the ULF was full of the previous owners SMS's. Don't want the new owner having mine

TIA
