Do I have what it takes for TCU w/ BT? (pics)

Took some pics of the available plugs I found in my '06' X5 e53, no nav.
My question is do I have the wiring needed for TCU w/BT? don't really need vr.
Also if anyone could give me an explanation of the plugs I have it would be really appreciated.

pic 1 call it plug #1
pic 2 call it plug #2
pic 3 call it plug #3
pic 4 call it plug #4 (blu & wht)
pic 5 what plugs in here? (looks to me like plug #3 would fit in here but it doesn't reach as is.)

Yes, your care is per-wired for TCU Bluetooth. All U.S. market BMWs are pre-wired for phones, and most models made 1995 and newer can have Bluetooth retrofitted.
  • Pic/Plug #1: This looks like a microphone plug, but I have no idea. I do not know where you snapped this picture. If it is in the headliner console up front, it is the mic plug. If it is anywhere else, I don't know.
  • Pic/Plug #2: This is the 54-pin ULF/TCU plug. This is the main plug you use for the retrofit.
  • Pic/Plug #3: I have no idea, but it probably is not related to a phone retrofit.
  • Pic/Plug #4 (blu & wht): Those are telephone antenna cables. They connect to the TCU. You do no need them, however, because you will not be setting up Assist, and your cell phone uses its own antenna. The one exception may be the cream plug, if that is for the BT antenna. I can not remember the antenna cable colors, but I think that the BT antenna cable is either cream or purple.
  • Pic/Plug #5: I have no idea, but it probably is not related to a phone retrofit either.
