Yes you can use that disc. The latest disc is 2010 Q2 I think. Depends on your area. Some report the Post 2010 discs are not as good as 2009 due to the change in the map supplier.

I agree with the new maps not being as good. Navteq used to supply the data and now it's teleatlas. I personally do not like the telenav data as I find it to be less accurate and does not contain the updated road maps following construction in Denver. Plus it now requires 2 discs for the us.....if data is so plentiful that it cannot be contained on one disc, then why not put the entire us on one disc and Canada and Mexico on the second.....quite irritating and poor development in my opinion.
