2005 X5 and RAZR V3
The question: To have my phonebook integrate with the car, should my contacts be stored in my phone memory or the SIM card memory? Or does it not matter? If I have a mixture of the two, will all my contacts integrate with the car?

It shouldn't matter, for that particular phone the address book will transfer both the SIM and Phone memory to the vehicle ULF.
