apparently verizon let OBEX be enabled to counter balance the lack of a CF card on the phone. There's an update for the RAZR V3c coming out in january. It's suppose to Add Viberate than Ring and An mp3 player as well as a couple other tid bits. People are skeptical about if the update will get rid of the OBEX.
