What steps did you follow so far? Did you make sure bluetooth was turned on in your phone? Also, the ignition needs to be in position 1.

Yes I set the toggle switch to pair with the ignition off, went back and turn the ignition on. there I see activate phone on the nav screen BUT NO BUTTON ARE BLIKING. I just got 4 solid grey buttons from my razor, i go to look for device with the bluetooth on, but nothing happens, it doesn't pair and the phone can't find the car!!!

you must make the razor discoverable.

hold the button on the cradle for 1 sec before the car starts and hold it down until it says bluetooth pairing.

then you must go into HANDSFREE in the Bluetooth options on the Phone and select 'Look for devices'

enter your pairing code when asked, and then you MUST turn off the car and phone and restart once pairing is completed.

it will work!

i'm using the same phone.

Tijanaw - thats not the correct procedure - I sent you an email. You have to go back to the switch and put it to norm after you have the ignition on. It will then blink the three lights and you phone will find it.

Thanks guys, i got it working now, I just need to make the razor discoverable as Drex sugggested, and insert the audio pin.
Special thanks to Randy for standing behind his product and providing all the technical help necessary..
