Problems pairing my Razr v3c

I got the phone and car to recognize each other but everytime the phone connects with the car, it disconnects in 3 seconds.

Did you try deleting and re-doing the pairing? Also, is your bluetooth set to power on?

turn off the car, let it rest for a good amount of time (8-10 hours) turn key position one, push rt button, goto handsfree device, look for devices, type key in connect with it. then turn off car wait a minute then turn car all the way on, turn bluetooth on push rt button press ok on the BMWXXXX and it should load
