I have heard January 5th. There is a nice first review of the 700W on located here. Perhaps you can find some info on the BT functionality as well.

it will be microsoft's stack on the 700w, and the palm' stack on the 700p, the 650 for verizon shoudl be able to properly pair, it does for sprint
